Working Together Better Through MBTI

The first step in effective interpersonal relations is to know and understand yourself. And the second step is to know and understand others you deal with every day. Once you understand this, you can leverage strengths and harmonize differences to achieve more as a team.

The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, MBTI, is by far the most widely used and researched personality assessment around the world, across industries, and for organizations of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to 70% of all Fortune 500 companies, to organizations as large as the US military.

Before this workshop, you will “take” the MBTI by completing a 144-item questionnaire online. During the workshop, you will discover your results and learn what they mean in terms of your preferences and default behaviors in te workplace. This is a great workshop to do with your entire team…you can find ways to work together harmoniously and recognize each other’s strengths and unique contribution.

You can go deeper into MBTI and use it to address many issues in the organization: team building, improving communication, making better decisions, addressing conflicts, reducing stress, and career planning.
